Covid Protocol for Appointments

APPOINTMENTS COVID-19
Pre-Appointment
When you call to make an appointment you will be asked some screening questions. (Please do not book/attend appointments if you have had any symptoms within the last 14 days).  
Face Mask/Covering
It is not mandatory for patients to wear a face covering whilst in the dental practice. It is now personal choice to wear a face covering although, if you do have any cold symptoms please be aware you may be asked to put a face covering on out of respect for other patients in the waiting area.  
Personal Protection
You will notice our dental team will be taking the necessary precautions and will be wearing different protective equipment to what you are used to seeing, which includes mask, face shields and gloves.
Reception
The reception desk is protected with Perspex screen, you will be accompanied to the reception desk to make your payment/next appointment here after your treatment.
Contactless Payment
We accept credit/debit card contactless payment. If cash is being handled payment could be made in a sealed bag.
 

Other Information

Please call the practice to report any signs or symptoms of covid-19 within the next 14 days after your dental appointment.
If you show symptoms of covid-19 before you attend your booked appointment, please contact the practice by phone to inform a member of the team. All information will be kept in confidence.

Our toilets are available again for patients to use.
